Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
1. Official Ticket Sales
Tickets can only be purchased through our official website and mobile application. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through any third-party websites, unauthorized links, agents, or individuals.
2. Payment Methods
Payments must be made only through our official payment gateway available on the website/app. Alternatively, customers may request our official company bank account details for direct bank transfers.
We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts or payment channels.
3. Ticket Delivery
Once payment is successfully completed, your ticket will be delivered electronically via:

Each ticket will contain a unique QR Code for event entry.
4. Event Entry
On the day of the event, attendees must present their ticket QR Code at the entrance or ticket counter. Our staff will scan the QR Code and grant access to the seat allocated during the purchase process.
5. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, payments are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law or if the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, including email address and WhatsApp number, to ensure successful ticket delivery.
